Meridian HR is founded by Nancy Sirker. For more than 17 years, she has helped Bay Area companies build workplaces where people thrive, from early-stage startups to global teams. She scaled a team from 30 to 150+ employees, cut time-to-hire in half, and kept organizations 100% compliant through audits, all without losing the human side of the work.

Nancy lives and works in Pleasant Hill, and she is proud to serve her neighbors across Contra Costa County and the Bay Area. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and volunteers locally in garden education and public schools. She can be occasionally spotted on a mountain stargazing.
